When you choose to connect a Google account, we request only the scopes needed for the feature you use:
openid, email, profile) — to identify your account and show your name/photo..../auth/youtube) — to identify your channel and read/manage your live broadcasts and live chat so the Service can collect chat, display messages, and manage broadcasts on your behalf..../auth/calendar) — to show and manage your stream schedule, only if you use the calendar feature..../auth/drive.file) — a per-file scope limited to files you open or create with the Service; we cannot see your other Drive files.You can disconnect any connected account at any time within the Service, and revoke access at your Google Account permissions.
Live Collab’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide or improve the Service, to comply with law, or as part of a merger with your consent. We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless you consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that host and run the Service (e.g. our hosting and database providers), and when required by law.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete connected accounts and content from within the Service, and you can request full account deletion by contacting us at [privacy@your-domain.com]. Revoking a Google connection stops further access and we delete the associated tokens.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access tokens are stored server-side. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction).
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
